Welcome to Dream India Travel, your trusted partner in planning memorable journeys across India. We aim to offer hassle-free, enjoyable, and safe travel experiences for our valued guests. Please read our policies carefully to understand our terms of service, cancellation rules, and general conditions before booking any service with us.

Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to amend or cancel their booking for any reason — including accident, illness, personal issues, or non-payment of balance — Dream India Travel reserves the right to apply cancellation charges as per the following terms:
  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, if hotel or transport bookings have already been confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.
  • No cancellations are allowed for Same Day bookings.
  • Special occasion bookings such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year, or peak season offers cannot be cancelled.
  • Dream India Travel acts solely as a booking agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service vendors. We are not liable for the quality or standard of services provided by third parties.
  • The company holds no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during travel or stay. Luggage is carried strictly at the owner’s risk.

Reservation Policy

  • 50% payment is required at the time of reservation.
  • Full and final payment is due at the time of check-in.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations due to mechanical issues, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control (e.g., landslides, floods, snowfall, earthquakes).
  • Dream India Travel shall not be held responsible for any delays, breakdowns, or inconveniences caused during travel due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Hotel cancellations for FIT & GIT bookings are subject to individual hotel policies.
  • Postponing or preponing a tour must be requested in writing at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
  • A charge of 20% of the package cost applies for postponement/preponement.

Refund Policy:

  • 60+ days before travel: 80% refund
  • 59–40 days before travel: 50% refund
  • 39–25 days before travel: 25% refund
  • 24–15 days before travel: 15% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund

General Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern Dream India Travel’s relationship with you.

  • The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this website.
  • The content on this website is for general information and may change without notice.
  • We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information and exclude liability for any such inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Use of any information or materials is at your own risk.

Jurisdiction

All disputes related to travel, bookings, or services offered by the company shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India.

Scope of Activity

Dream India Travel is a travel and holiday organizer only. We do not offer insurance services or handle any claims. All adventure activities involve risk, and participation is at the traveler’s own discretion.

Accommodation & Transport

  • Hotel rooms are provided on a twin-sharing basis. Single occupancy will incur extra charges.
  • Guests must follow the check-in and check-out timings of respective hotels.
  • Any damages caused during stay or travel must be compensated by the guest.
  • Vehicles are provided based on booking priority and are subject to the transport provider’s terms.

Meals

Meals are provided as per the package plan. Missed meals are non-refundable. In rare cases, we may adjust meal arrangements due to circumstances beyond control.

Safety & Health

  • Guests are solely responsible for their belongings and health conditions.
  • We strongly recommend adequate travel insurance.
  • Guests must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their participation in activities.
  • The company reserves the right to deny participation in certain activities for safety reasons, with no refund.

Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may change due to weather, availability, or local conditions. In such cases, guests will be informed, and revised arrangements will be made.

Payments

  • 25% advance is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be made 15 days before the tour date.
  • Failure to pay may lead to cancellation without refund.
  • No cheques accepted.
  • For last-minute or instant bookings, 100% payment is mandatory.

Travel Documents

Guests must ensure they have all valid travel documents, including passport, visa, ID proof, tickets, and insurance certificates. The company is not responsible for missing documents or denied entry by authorities.

Privacy of Information

We value your privacy. Information shared with us is treated as confidential but may be disclosed as required by law or government authorities. We may also use group photos taken during tours for promotional purposes.
